Terms & Conditions
Inteliska (Registered MSME / Udyam Enterprise)
By engaging the services of Inteliska, including software development,
website development, mobile application development, hosting management,
maintenance, or related digital services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
Inteliska provides digital solutions including:
- Custom Software Development
- Website Design & Development
- Mobile Application Development
- Hosting & Domain Management
- Maintenance & AMC Services
- Technical Consultation & Digital Solutions
2. Payment Terms
- 30%–50% advance payment is required before project commencement, as agreed in quotation.
- The remaining payment is due upon project completion / delivery.
- Project work begins only after advance payment confirmation.
- Advance payments are non-refundable once project work has started.
3. Project Timeline
Estimated timelines are based on agreed project scope.
Delivery timelines may be extended if there is delay from the client side in:
- Providing content / documents
- Submitting logos, images, or branding assets
- Approvals / feedback
- Testing & review process
- Required project information
4. Support & Maintenance
- 30 days free support is provided after project delivery.
- Free support includes bug fixes and minor adjustments.
- Maintenance after free support period is available under paid AMC / maintenance plans.
- Lifetime free bug fixing is not included.
5. Hosting & Domain
- Inteliska may manage hosting setup, domain registration, renewals, and technical configurations.
- Ownership of domain and hosting remains with the client.
- Renewal charges and hosting fees are payable by the client under agreed plans.
6. Intellectual Property & Source Code
- Clients receive usage rights for the delivered software / website / application.
- Full source code ownership remains with Inteliska unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Transfer of source code or exclusive ownership may be provided under separate commercial terms.
- Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or duplication is prohibited.
7. Client Data Ownership
All business records, customer records, uploaded files, operational data,
and related information belong solely to the client.
Inteliska does not claim ownership over client business data.
8. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and documents.
- Provide approvals / feedback on time.
- Ensure legal rights for content, logos, and materials supplied.
- Review project deliverables promptly.
9. Limitation of Liability
Inteliska shall not be liable for:
- Business loss or revenue loss
- Indirect damages
- Third-party hosting downtime
- Domain provider issues
- Payment gateway failures
- Misuse of software by client or client users
10. Service Suspension / Termination
Inteliska reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of:
- Non-payment
- Misuse of services
- Illegal activities
- Violation of agreed terms
